A staff member was going to contact me as I gave my number and email and never heard from the company ever again. The manager was too busy doing corporate meetings and fell asleep and found out all her customers vanished and the business has now become bankrupt

Shocking machines dont work most time and Customer focus has dropped significantly Im seeing a lot of kids who basically dont have a clue a cheap business tactic to keep costs down and further damage a the business brand. Natwest have a different view in regards to banking and still believe in face to face interaction and actually have staff who know what there talking about. I sound pretty cheesed off probably because I was sent to three different ques I have however given them a 2 Star and thats only because the ATM did a great job in dispensing my money. SALUTE.

This branch & its terrible staff should be ashamed of themselves. All but 2 of the lazy, good-for-nothing staff walked out because the heating broke. What a bunch of complete idiots causing 2 hour queues because they cant be bothered to work. The sorry state of work ethic today. They should all be sacked.

this is possibly the worst place to come to do ur banking... with the customer service they r possibly below than 0% with the system they are worst ever in the world... keep it in mind before u come here make sure u take day off from ur work....
