One of the few banks still offering a friendly and personal counter service. The staff were extremely helpfull even though I am only an occasional customer.  I saw the very personal attention that the gave to their elderly and loyal regulars. It was like a family greeting and very nice to see. Shows what the old traditional banking service was like and coul still be..
