This used to be a wonderful branch with regular, helpful staff. Since its revamp it has become a real chore to do business with ever changing staff and opening hours and days. Just look at the stated average time people are in there... 20 minutes!!

NatWest closed the Poulton Branch. So today I have to go to Garstang Branch. They have now closed the Garstang branch on Wednesdays!!! When will these silly closures stop? I am having to go miles out of my way to pay cash into my account. After 40 years of banking with NatWest it may be time for a change!!

typical NatWest, usually shut and they try to get you to use machines instead of just serving you. There is usually queues but they will probably close the branch because it is not busy enough. The new 'informal' designed layout seems to have been designed by a 6th form student and consists of a couple of staff looking uncomfortable as they stand at some pods. The management here does seem better than most and I'd imagine most of the bizarre decisions are made from NatWest HQ.
