Awful customer service over the phone. Was put on hold 2 times because the member of staff had to ask management about the issue, was also charged for a mistake they made because the manager could not deal with the issue before the payment was deducted. Still waiting on a refund, please use another bank as I will be switching very very shortly. Also members of staff that struggled with their English have answered my calls which I don’t agree with discrimination but your customers are very important to you and need to be able to understand what your staff are saying. Furious with this bank at the moment.

Very poor. Main published opening hours remain WRONG though reported to staff. Slow service, with lengthening queues. Now refusal to take cash for RBS Customer Account or give a receipt at the counter. Cashier refused to bring forward manager when asked.

Great service, sorted in 5 mins after several long phone calls to RBS had failed to be any help.

The website says the bank closes at 4.45 today, howwver was closed at 4.15? I think this needs addressing!  My search was RBS Shaw opening times.
