Extremely friendly and helpful. all people moaning about them answering the phone need to remember there are only 3 members of staff at one time. i love the fact there are few staff as you get a more personal service, if i cant get through on the phone, i send an email which is replied to promptly. Love banking here and use them for my business banking too.
