Great staff, only problem is they have been replaced by machines, needed to speak to someone regarding my account, only problem is I had to wait over 45 minutes to see a member of staff the first time(without a queue). 

And second time I was told we're low on staff, honest which is a bonus, but not very helpful, again banks putting their profits before their customers. So another wait of over an hour. Absolutely Shocking!

I bank with a number of other banks such as NatWest and Nationwide,  I also have this problem with NatWest. Nationwide however do seem to be slightly better.

Excellent service. I requested for a bank statement for my working visa application and barclays in chichester provided it instantly. Thank you especially Peter !

SHOCKING customer service online (very strong Indian accents) and in store (all they do is tell you to phone a number or do it online)...sums up the abysmal state of banking in the UK.

Completely and utterly incompetent. After 2 months still not arranged for change of signatures for treasurer of Church. Don't use them!!!

Barclays is shocking when it comes to customer service. they don't answer the phone and they cant help you with your query. a member of staff didn't know what to do about my concern and my query
