Absolutely amazing place for lunch. The food was incredible. Cooked to perfection and beautifully presented. The staff are so warm and friendly too. Makes it such a lovely experience to visit. Hands down my favourite place to eat in Belfast. A hidden gem for sure.
Gorgeous art deco place, staff were friendly, drinks especially soft drinks seemed too expensive and small, the charm of this place really is the fact that it's empty enough to watch sports!
This place is horrible. The food is pretty decent, the bar staff are nice, the manager when I stayed there anyway is a kind gentleman, so why am I against the place? The thing that destroys it are the ‘bouncers’ / security staff. They are horribly rude and I will never stay in this place again. I will go out of my way to recommend people do not stay here, and any time someone says, “let’s go to RBG”, I will make sure to say, “No!”
This was the first time I'd eaten here and it was an oasis in the Friday Christmas lunch madness! It had its usual menu on and wasnt too busy. Plenty of choice on the menu and good, reasonably priced, tasty grub ... can't ask for much more!
As a bar this place has gone to the dogs. They have stopped paying for Sky Sports. Absent staff - just witnessed the bar manager ignore a customer who left. Zero atmosphere outside of Fri and Saturday evenings. What was once a top bar is now sadly lacking
Decent setting and fairly nice staff. Take forever to let you pay! Food portion a little small for the price when theres meat involved and a pretty small menu but not bad. Took 45 mins to get it though!
We were here lastnight with new friends. Beautiful meal. Lovely friendly staff. Food was lovely and hot. No complaints. Great food and great company.
Food was excellent, service was excellent, cannot fault it! Waiters are good banter! Our meal was taking slightly longer than usual so we were offered a discount on the food and complimentary drinks.
Food here used to be great. Ordered the chuck burger and what landed was disappointing, just the bun and some slightly fatty meat thrown in, no toppings or anything. Poor show.
The restaurant is quite expensive for what it is and the menu seems very limited. The place is more geared towards serving expensive drinks than dealing with food. The food that did come was ok, fairly average to be honest and the lemonade didn't taste great. There are much better options close by that offer a wide range of food for a cheaper price.
