Avoid! I've been doing toes and nails my whole life, but this salon is somewhat the worst I've experienced so far. I was new to the area, so was trying them out. Terrible quality of service. No communication, so blunt all the time. No care of duty. Using drills all the time - around cuticles, such delicate area! Also the top of the nail polished by powerful drills, which literally destroys the structure of your nail. Look at the lady's polishing skills on the pic. She didn't even change the gloves when moving from one clients pedicure on to my feet. What?! And then they swap in the middle of the process. Again what?! I didn't see them cleaning the little bath for feet properly after the clients, or tools really! You go to places like this to enjoy yourself and relax, this place didn't offer me any pleasure. Annoyingly deletants, but prices quite high for that level of service! Very unprofessional.Services: Pedicure

i went here for the first time today, my goodness it was such a lovely experience!! i got acrylic nails and they turned out so nice!! very friendly staff, was very easy conversation and seemed to love what they do! i am 100% going to go back there!
Awful service, awful nails! I will never go there again. The staff were unhelpful and rude, contantly on their phones while doing mine and my friends nails, stopping and starting not paying attention. Phone on loud speaker shouting down the phone while we were in the chair! I had French manicure full set acrylics, all different lengths and thickness, some have fat lumps on one side, I have lots of little air bubbles through most of my nails and 2 black marks under the acrylic! Also i was left with really sharp uneven edges and had to file the edges when i got home, oh and to top it off she gave me an old pound coin in my change. The prices kept changing, they had no clue what they were doing. We nearly walked out half way through! Terrible experience never to be repeated. Won't even bother to go back to have them sorted out as I'd rather not step foot in there again. My advice....go elsewhere, anywhere!
booked an appointment at 3pm didn’t get seen to until 3:40pm, 3 different technicians done my full set of acrylics, my acrylics are chunky and uneven, shaping is horrible, the lady cut my cuticles with the drill leading my thumbs especially tender and bleeding. Not happy at all never going back again.
went last week had the worse experience ever , staff was really rude and unhelpful , kept changing prices and not explaining things properly , my nails are chipped and flaking already all different thickness on all of them , was made to feel uncomfortable , staff on phone the whole time talking different language made me feel uncomfortable , told her i had a blister on my thumb please be careful and was revived I CAN SEE THAT in a rude manner. will never return really disappointed with quality of service and my nails! had re done els where as was so unhappy with them!
Furious! Daughter had terrible experience today. Was quoted one amount for ombré nails, agreed, had three different people do the job instead of just one person getting on and doing it! Then was asked to pay £10 more than agreed price. She argued the point only to have all staff speak in their own language leaving her confused, then the other customers, middle-aged muttons all, all waded in and started to demand she pay the money. Not only that they were then demanding that the police be called!! My daughter was completely humiliated and felt very vulnerable. Even worse, the male member of staff deliberately stood in front of the door leaving her feeling considerably intimidated. She was forced to pay and left shaking. Shocking service and utterly unprofessional. Am considering taking this further. Disgusting experience
