From my first visit here it was a fine suitable service, the nails were done properly and were to a good standard. However, 2nd time back I am disgusted in the behavior of staff, the lack of professionalism and also my nails! .... 20 extra minutes I was waiting under the dryer and the nail technician walked off into another room and was chatting with a random guy about building work and what tiles she wanted. She completely forgot about me and the money I was paying to get them done bear in mind she did not paint them properly, already after a day they have chipped. Then the other nail technician, very busy with other customers said to go.. saying I have been under the dryer for ages .... even though I didn't even have the glossy coat on top. The overall experience was appalling, I have heard mixed reviews about Ciao Bella, ignoring them all I wish I took them more into my knowledge of how bad this place is. 100% do not recommend.
Friendly atmosphere with patient junior staff attending handled by male partner. The woman owner is content to delegate most matters... You are greeted by a friendly apprentice . You are addressed by your first name. With a varied product range of soft powder new & shellac nail pallet colours displayed on their sample cards offered as you sit on the comfortable couch or assistance offered on the wall display. Once comfortably seated the removal of old polish swiftly entailed by meticulous finger product cleansing and foil cover for the time required...You will notice a varied age range of clients some buzzing with the excitement over the prompted occasion others requiring some TLC with beverage & confidence boost ...With the regulars calmly resting the hour... Both hand & feet treatments are available Average price range By appointment only...
Have been here twice and very pleased both times, friendly staff and great service. Both times I have requested quite difficult patterns and designs but they were so good, very happy with them! Had to go elsewhere this week as Ciao Bella was fully booked, never ever again as the quality of work here is noticeably better! Already booked my next visit to avoid disappointment.

Ciao Bella spa is lovely to visit, staff are very friendly, plenty of nail polish colours in shellac and ombre.
I'm absolutely appalled by the way I have just been treated by a member of staff. I asked for my nails to be filed or clipped shorter as I'm struggling with the length, it's a 5-10 minute job, firstly she says have you had them done here immediately after I said no she basically gave me any excuse, saying they wouldn't have the matching polish if some of the varnish came off it's purple not a hard colour to match I said that's fine don't worry about touching up colour I just really need them shorter. She then proceeds to tell me that they are fully booked all day!!! ALL DAY, NOT ONE 10 MIN SLOT, OR IT MIGHT BE A BIT OF A WAIT. I'd of waited I've been in Caio Bella lots of times and never have I been turned away like that, every nail shop has always been accomadating, including this one! I feel like the minute I said they weren't done there she wasn't going to help me. I'm struggling to work with the length and only had time to pop into Caio Bella while I was in rayleigh. I'm not normally one to write bad reviews but I'm really just a bit shocked at the way this girl was with me. I will never be going back in there after that.

The young lady who does the pedicures is thorough and does such a good job. I won't go any where else. I can see why they are always busy. You have a customer for life
