Food has always been excellent here but the woman that takes the orders is extremely rude, as others have said we regularly used Rayleigh Kebab for years but unfortunately had to stop because of how rude she was, we decided to go back recently and unfortunately she is still there and as rude as ever, so we will not be using them again, it’s a same as the food is very good. Unfortunately she is ruining your business get rid of her.
Me and a friend ordered two donner kebabs, a chips and a cheesy chips. They came back with two cheesy chips bonus but then just put the meat on top. Asked what we wanted so naturally asked for salad and sauce - oh no, you don't get salad with this. Can I have a garlic sauce and chilli sauce then. Only get garlic. So in the end, £18 and change for two portions of average fries with some non-melted cheese on, and some kebab meat plonked on top instead of in wraps as asked... I'd pay that much for a fine dining experience, not an average kebab shop at 3am... Poor. The server was moody too. Seemed angry we even asked for sauce!!! For the style of food it is, get a grip. Better service needed for sure. Food was nice though I guess, just a shame it wasn't what we ordered, and the service was poor.
Wow. One of the best kebabs I have ever eaten. Was well worth the wait. Lovely lady took my order, really friendly. Everything arrived within the time I was told, delivery guy was also friendly. although he didn't call me darling Chicken was cooked to perfection, and doner was tasty and everything was hot. Excellent chips nice and crispy. Well worth the money and a more than ample portion size. Lucky Rayleigh.
Been having kebabs from here for a while all been lovely however the last few times have been shocking. 1st of a bad run, hardly any meat and full of salad & onion, 2nd time ordered a large and looked like a small, the price of this was horrendous at £10.90 these have increased so much, the meat lamb was awful looked like off cuts & tasted disgusting including the texture. Hardly any salad was given. We will not be returning after a 2nd chance.
I ordered a pizza and some donna meat. They didn't put chilli sauce on my donna meat but on the pizza instead. When I phoned them to say that they had got my order wrong they tried to tell me that's what I ordered. My partner was next to me when I ordered and she said I said it right. They then said they would make me another pizza. I said OK thanks. I tried the pizza with chilli sauce on it and it was quite nice. So phoned to say I'll have the pizza but my son doesn't like chilli sauce so he can't have any. They said they will send out some more donna meat. I thought they were doing that as a sorry for getting my order wrong. No. When the delivery driver got here he only wanted to take the other donna meat????? Doesn't make sense. So I called to say what is going on and he was very rude and I'm never going to use them again disgraceful
These guys work so very hard. It's an extremely busy shop and the guys are always so very welcoming. There's a lvely lady there to that i believe takes the calls. Lovely friendly place with excellent food. X
I've been using this great kebab shop for years. Lovely kebabs with the freshest salad. Staff are always friendly and welcoming, even if they're busy.
Always enjoy the kebabs here. Generous portions and they kindly observe individual requests. Prompt efficient service...however busy they get.
Best kebab takeaway ever. We go nearly every week. Good, extensive menu and fairly priced. Freshest food is really tasty. Cooked to perfection. Professional great service.
The food is good but unfortunately it took too long to come. sad times for me. i’ve survived though. food is good well done
