Really bad experience. We live in the area and have been coming here for more than 4 years. We ordered the chicken wings we always do. They looked boiled and when I tried one, though the taste was ok, it was soft and did not taste good. We asked the waiter who then called a colleague who came very aggressive saying they always have been like that. I said fine, just take hem back and we chose another one. In the meantime a family was leaving the place with kids and elderly people and this same waiter shouts asking for them to close the door as it was cold. I was a bit shocked. We ate and ordered the bill to see the chicken wings we did not touch, apart from tasting, in the bill. Really disappointing experience after a few years coming through. Not oking back

Had lunch here twice now, bolognaise and seafood pasta, both delicious. Friendly service too

Have been attending the restaurant for the last 5 years however last night was different. We use to come there quite often as the service and the good was good. We really had a bad service when we asked for chicken wings. There were different, not cooked at all, and seemed boiled, were actually not good. We asked to change them as they were not good for us and order a different thing. The surprise was when the waitress seemed to convince us that the chef was ok, that was our fault and they did things ok. After that they charged for the wings which we didn’t eat as were not good. Really bad service even with the waitress trying to tell us it was our fault, we will never come back and we don’t have any doubt the place will close in some months if they don’t change the personal or at least the attitude to the customers.
