We once got cheated by their director Russell John Meredith. He hided the faulty product into the good one. After it was found, we contacted Mr Meredith immediately, his attitude is such a disappointment. He ignored the evidence we provided and avoided contact. He only claimed that they should not take any responsibility once the product leaves Ravensbourns' warehouse. Such a disappointment.
Bring ya wellies might as well be out in a farmers field or building site.
