We've had 2 punctures from screws left in the gravel outside containers, costing us over £100 to replace.  Apart from this and being charged for minor wear and tear on a previously hired container, the price is reasonable and security is high.

I moved recently with this company, this was a difficult move as there were 2 delivery address 150 miles appart. Nothing was too much trouble from the first phone call the service was excellent. Doug even made 3 visits to help keep me reassured (my first move in 30 years).  the move was completed in 3 days with ease and i am now enjoying being down by the coast!
