My cat was taken over from our vets for immediate treatment and was here for a few nights, I was kept updated on his condition all the while he was here, explaining what he was having done daily. I rang numerous times too as I missed him and they were very welcoming when I did. The vets have been amazing and the lady on reception Sarah has been brilliant. Punch is now home feeling so much better. I 100% recommend rase vets in every way. Thank you all so much for looking after my boy

I've taken my kittens here twice. Both times I felt rushed by the vets who didn't seem to ask any questions about the cats general well being, didn't listen to their breathing or heartbeat or perform a general health check which in my experience is usually something that is done at most appointments no matter what the issue is. Ive moved to a different vet now
Firstly i will say my review is for a particular vet, not the overall surgery. I had to make an emergency visit to this surgery on 22/05/2022 with my 14 year old Miniature Dachshund Lula, Lula had, had major surgery at my local sutton on sea surgery Aldervale vets on friday 20/05/2022, she had excellent care and love given to her there by Stacey her vet, Lula took a turn for the worse overnight saturday 21/05/2022. i called Rase and spoke to a lovely nurse, and explained my concerns, i said i would take Lula straight through to the surgery knowing i was going to lose my baby girl. I arrived at the surgery which was in darkness, i rang the buzzer and no answer, rang again and a light came on, i saw a staff member walk through, not sure is she saw me, but did not come to the door,,, so i rang a third time, still no answer, i then rang the number on the door, i was told the vet would be informed i was there. within a few minutes the door opened and was met by the most sour faced vet a young lady , i have ever met in over 60 years, no smile, no hello nothing, only we keep the door locked because we are in the back with the patients, .. we took Lula in and she was asking questions with her back to us, writing on the computer, did not turn round to us once, so rude was this vet, we made the heart breaking decision after the vet examined Lula to let her go to sleep, she had gone through so much and could not take any more, I think this vet needs to take lessons in compassion and people skills, she was an absolute disgrace to the practice, a traumatic event was made even worse by her actions.... Will never forget her heartless treatment to us and especially to Lula. Shame on her.

Had to rush our little dog in one night ,Phoned before we set off expecting to wait half the night for an answer, the phone rang once spoke to a vet and within 15 minutes we was being sorted, unfortunately poor doggy lost his eye due to ulcer but we couldn't have ask for better, the way he was treated, had opp that night, his on his way to full recovery minus an eye but his happy , can't fault at all.
We took our 16 year old cat who was having breathing difficulties and they saved him so we could take home the following day.
This is the first time I have used these vets. My cat had a huge abcess when I came home from work at 4.45pm I called them and was fitted in at 5.40pm Very hood service very good price .
Appointment available within 3 hours of call, fast, friendly and a happy and back on the road to being healthy again. Top service
