Excellent and brilliant job. Very professional and efficient. Handle my belongings with care. Organized and well planned throughout. Excellent customer service from booking, removal and follow-up. The staff clean the compartment immediately after the delivery and really show care for the next customer.
My husband and I have been using Rapid Removals & Collections for a long time and we as well as our family will continue to use their professional services. We are very much impressed by the whole team, both Louise and Karina who are doing a fantastic job in the “office” as well as the team who moved us. They always did a fabulous job with all the furniture and all our fragile items were nicely bubble wrapped. During the last move, I was very worried about the French furniture because it’s a bit fragile but they couldn’t have done a better job at both protecting the furniture and reassuring me everything will be fine. They also organised the storage units very well. I was impressed with the way they moved things around to make the most use of the space and at the same time they made sure they protected the fragile items. Everything we asked them to do, was never too much trouble and they were very professional and had a smile on their face. Also, Andy gave us great advice on how to best store our wine and what kind of unit we needed. Moving is one of the toughest times in one’s life and all I can say having this team on our side and their immense help, made everything so much easier. Thank you !
Rapid removals were very professional from start to finish. They were flexible with dates and times and always at the end of the phone for any questions. They were reliable and trustworthy and I felt at ease knowing they were responsible for moving my goods.
I wish I could rate them with 10 stars. Rapid Removals is the most professional company I dealt with during my time in the UK. Excellent experience moving me into the self storage and outstanding moving me out. Lindsay has been amazing. Thank you very much for everything!
Excellent service and great value. We used them to move a two bed flat across London to a third floor apartment without a lift. Raymond and his team were fantastic on the day. The move was effortless, stress free and completed a lot faster than we had anticipated - could not fault them! Booking them and communication from Lindsay in the back office was great too. Would highly recommend and will use again!
I loved working with this company!!! They were extremely professional and I didn’t have to lift a finger!!! Honestly I have recommended them to everyone I know!! They were friendly, responsive and had outstanding service!! Thank you Rapid movers!!
