Began using our facility yesterday. 
Donna, who I spoke with on the telephone was super helpful in advance of us arriving at the site and when we did arrive both she and her colleague Matt made the booking experience really easy and went through all the procedures with us in a very professional way.
It's early days but first impressions are very positive.
