Hit a massive pothole and split my tyre, called rap moto garage who ordered a new tyre ready for our arrival and got us back on the road in no time so we could enjoy the rest of our holiday. Really nice people and never took advantage knowing we were desperate either. Thanks

On arrival to Ambleside for a family holiday the car developed a gearbox fault, with us unable to select 1st 3rd and 5th gears. Slightly panicked, 100s of miles from home, we called the garage just before closing and they were quick to say pop the car into to us. They quickly identified the issue and repaired it the very same day, leaving us with a car for the rest of our holiday and us safe in the knowledge that we would be able to return home. We can’t thank them enough for being extremely kind and helpful which meant we were able to enjoy the rest of our break. Excellent customer service.Service:&nbsp;General repairs &amp; maintenance

These guys are amazing. We were stranded in Ambleside before a long drive back to Devon after a puncture. Colin was friendly, speedy and efficient, fixing the tyre and giving us an excellent price on the new one allowing us to get on our way. Really excellent quality service. Can’t thank them enough. Lovely down to earth guys ! Had an issue with oil level on my T5 last month passing through Ambleside and the two chaps I dealt with couldn’t be any more helpful ! Got the van sorted and on my way in no time, all this whilst they were closed for refurbishment! Amazing service!  Called on Boxing Day with 2 flat tyres stuck at the side of the road.  All other garages were closed, but Colin stopped what he was doing and went and fetched 2 new tyres for us and got them fitted, we were back on the road within 3 hours. Amazing garage. Had a problem with windscreen wipers while here on holiday. We were 2 mins away so chanced calling in to see if they could help. We thought it was going to be a very expensive linkage problem which would have meant the car being out of action for a few days. The guys took the time out to have a look at the problem while we sat in the car, and realised not as bad as we thought! Tightened a bolt and we were sorted. Wouldn’t accept any payment!
