Not really impressed, got my first pick up quite quickly. Driver came to the door because we didn't hear them arrive. Waited for a second pick up but nobody arrived, when I phoned to see what happened was told that the same driver had waited for 10mins and went on. Don't really believe this explanation.....why come to the door the first time but not the second time especially after waiting outside for 10mins? Hopefully won't have to use this service again
Terrible had me waiting for 1 hour when they said it would be 20 minutes and then claimed the taxi driver was there after I rang 3 times. Don't call this company during a busy time as the can not seem to cope with it.. call regency cabs they are quick and much better.
Best company about.. staff and drivers are 100%
ok. but impossible to get a taxi on Saturday nights.
