Booked a taxi for family members who were arriving home after 1am, ACE were waiting for them at arrivals and the driver was so friendly to them. Fantastic service
Life savers, we just had a crisis with our car being locked in somewhere and needed it to drive to the airport. The taxi man turned up and saved the day. He was very generous and provided us with an amazing solution. They also provided us with transport to the airport and a lift back. What lovely people to deal with. Bear in mind this was 3am in the morning.
Disgusting service and offensive language from the lady operator who told me to f...off because I had the audacity to ask her where is the car I asked for 30 minutes earlier and 15 mins earlier she said the car is on the way. Single worst taxi experience, incredibly rude driver John who is genuinely the worst and most unfriendly driver who shouts at you for having a conversation and then turns his music up full volume so we couldn't even talk to eachother.
Receptionist is unbelievable rude. She talks down to you and shouts atnyou. Also some of the taxi drivers are very very rude and unhelpful. Please stay clear of this taxi company.

One of the best taxis in antrim, I never ring Regency anymore as they often turn up late or just don't show, always go for Ace first.

Horrible service, Taxi never showed up and extremely rude lady on the phone lied about the taxi waiting there for more than 10 minutes. saying "well you didnt look hard enough" even tho we were standing right there from before the supposed time the taxi arrived.
