I agree with the other reviewer - the manager of this shop is so rude, when she is in a foul mood she takes it out on customers, she needs to learn about customer service.

I have never seen such arrogance and rudeness from a member of staff dealing direct with customers. I will not use Ramsdems again due to the manner me and my partner were spoken to in.
