Great environment to enjoy a good workout with high-end quality equipment,nOne downside is that the gym is relatively small, so busy day there can be little roomnOverall, I would recommend it's well priced, with a membership, including access too swimming alongside the gym itself.
Great time had with my son. Good music in the pool area and good use of pool toys. Clean changing rooms and facilities.
When I was in the gym one of the workers threatened to kick me out because I apparently was giving him attitude when all I said is 3 other workers have shown me how to do this workout and In my induction I was shown how to do the workout.I said okay and walked away and went to do something else he then followed me and said I can’t lift the different weights which I’ve done every single day and same with the other one if I could rate this 0 stars I would
Really friendly staff, they couldn't do enough to help. Tidy and clean changing rooms and pool. Pool was not too busy and warm which is a bonus. Dated but well maintained. And for the price it is great. Will be visiting again :
Has everything needed in a gym including free weights, mechanical weights, rowing machines, elliptical training, treadmills etc.. Reasonable prices
