Bought my son up for his 12th birthday, we were blown away by the place! 4 floors of nostalgia for us and awesome things for our boy to discover. It wasn't overly busy, despite there being 2 birthday parties going on. Food was amazing and so reasonably priced, for 5 of us to eat and get a soft drink was just over £30. Place was really clean and staff were visible across all floors. We drove up for the day, and the 5 hour drive was absolutely worth it, it's one we will absolutely make again.
Great fun, great price.nI've been here a few times now and I've only ran into issues when I haven't booked and it's been rammed. It's very easy to lose track of time with all the different floors. I spent over 4 hours here on a date night. Highly recommend.

Every time it’s been improved.nnFood / eating area is much better, quick service too and reasonably pricednnMuch more drink optionsnnToilets much betternnImproved layoutnnMuch better AC system.nnStaff are always helpful and it comes across that they enjoy working there.nnImpossible not to recommend. Just wish there was still a VR room, would pay extra for itnn*edit*nMust have missed the VR on ground floor
My son celebrated his 10th birthday here and it was absolutely amazing! Great communication, food, and staff very friendly and helpful. Parents and children were so happy.
4 floors absolutely packed with gaming experiences from retro arcade to VR and next gen consoles. attractions. There must be thousands of games on offer.nnTicket prices are reasonable and there’s more than enough to keep kids and adults alike entertained for hours. There’s food and drink available, again food prices are reasonable and it’s all served pretty quickly. We booked and visited on a Sunday - arriving at opening time was ideal as it wasn’t too packed but by mid afternoon you have to be ready to deal with a crowd and potentially queue for more popular games and attractions. Booking recommended.
