Fab store, lots of bikes to look at to get the right size and type of bike you need. Staff are friendly and helpful and took the time to show us plenty of bikes. Service is great and look forward to picking up the new e-bike bike shortly. The display of older bikes was a trip down memory lane and ended up with me begging the Raleigh rep who was in store to start selling the Chopper again for big kids, naturally!!

Exemplary service. I phoned the day before and spoke to Isaac who was courteous and professional and was able to book me in for the next day. He also offered me a coffee when I visited the store. A nice touch which means a lot to me as a Rayleigh customer. I explained the problems I was as having with gears on my Stow-E-way to Matt. He very kindly explained what might be the problem before fixing it. He then showed me how to do the adjustment should I need to do it myself. He also worked quickly around the bike tweaking and adjusting the brakes, inflating the tyres and cleaning the rims. He mentioned to me about the sensor for the lights all in the time it took me to drink the coffee. His manner was friendly and welcoming. The service was quick and successful making it a pleasure to pop in and get my bike serviced. I would definitely recommend the Rayleigh Experience to others.
I took my Raleigh ebike into the store last week after having some issues with the motor. The team there was extremely helpful and were able to fix the bike the same week. I was very happy with the service received, and would definitely shop there in the future.
Thanks for your help to all the staff at Raleigh Cycles, Nottingham store. I was passing the unit on Maid Marian Way, unaware that it was there, saw the vintage bikes at the back of the shop through the window so popped in for a nostalgic look round I was in a cycling club in the 80s & raced BMXs I got chatting with the knowledgeable, friendly staff who gave great advice & helped source parts for free! so I can restore a couple of old bikes I've still got back to original condition, thanks again for a great experience.
Brilliant store, great location with nearby parking & lovely selection of bikes ready to take away. Issac dealt with us who is a really asset to the company; he was friendly informative & not pushy in the slightest. Would highly recommend and our next purchase will certainly be from here!
Recently purchased a new Raleigh Pioneer Trail bike from Experience Raleigh in Nottingham. Very pleased with the whole process. Sales staff and Workshop staff extremely knowledgeable about their products. Answered all my questions and had my bike ready for collection on agreed date. On top of that great service they had the bike I wanted available and it is great. Big thankyou to Experience Raleigh!

Visited the new Raleigh experience centre this morning with my grandad as he used to work there years ago. He loved seeing some of the vintage old bikes whilst one of the assistants provided us with tea and coffee. Fantastic experience, definitely recommend giving a visit!
Bought a new bike and helmet for my grandson . The staff in the shop were really helpful and had some great advice . First class service and a pleasure to deal with , will definitely pop in again .
