Honestly the rudest, most miserable receptionists. They should be friendly and attentive but they are anything but. At 8am you can book emergency appointments for same day, I have been calling since bang on 8am and only just been able to get through 8.10am and all slots have already been taken. And when you do manage to get an appointment with the Doctor, they actually put you in with the nurse instead - even when specifically requesting the Doctor.

Dr Abdullah's receptionist is the most miserable unhelpful person I've ever met, not just at a doctors surgery! 2 weeks for an appointment is mental but her attitude is bad. Manners don't cost anything. Does " abuse will not be tolerated" apply to the public too. Definitely changing doctors now!!

Slow to serve people, confidentiality seems to be a bit of a risk. The facilities were untidy along with the waiting rooms
