Very knowledgeable and helpful people, reptile enthusiasts/keepers themselves they gave me a lot of help choosing the right pet and everything I would need to care for it properly. It can get very busy so I would advise going in the week if this is going to be your first reptile.
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Think we've made a reputation for ourselves here since nearly our entire collection comes from Rainforest Exotics. We drive 2 hours each way to come here and it's always worth it even if we didn't buy a snake this time. Top notch customer service!!
Really stunning shop. Loads of livefood to choose from. All the animals look like they are very well cared for. The owner was really helpful when I couldn't find something and offered to contact his suppliers to get it in for me.
There is so much I could say that is positive about thi store so let me try and give some order to this.nnFirstly the array of animals for sale is fascinating. Each is housed in a spotlessly vivarium and all are healthy with a full history available. This alone is a wonderful thing as it means all questions are answerable.nnThe range of housing, decor, and food, supplements and anything you may need is chosen with welfare at the centre of everything.nnNow we mention the staff. The main reason this store works is the passion of, and knowledge and experience of the staff all of whom are a pleasure to meet.
Really awesome place the knowledge the staff have is next level will always recommend here. I travel over an hour to shop here an won't go anywhere else despite the distance
