I am a regular customer at Rain both for hair and beauty treatments and I think they are fantastic. I have found it very hard over the years to find a good hairdressers who listen what I want and deliver every time. Rain have more than achieved this. They have been fantastic and I always walk out of the salon feeling a million dollars!!!! Worth every penny and I would recommend them to anyone.

Worst haircut EVER!! I had Jenny Lynn and she butchered my hair. I went back for a touch up as I felt she didn't do what I asked the first time but she made it even worse. I was asking her for suggestions for my bangs and she just stared at me with nothing. I mean they are bangs!! Shouldn't you know how to do them if you have supposedly 11 years experience. I would never let her touch my hair again. If you call there and they suggest Jenny Lynn, DON'T BOOK HER!!!

After having a very bad experience where the stylist turned my hair white and I had to spend 4 hours while they changed stylists and recovered colour in my hair and eventually got it right, I did complain and regretted going back just for a cut a few months later.  They obviously recalled the incident and decided to treat me abominably on my visit.  I was so shocked I asked what the problem was as they completely ignored anything I said and just chopped away.  I was so uncomfortable I even refused straighteners in case they burnt my head.  I asked if the company had changed owners as I had never experienced anything as bad.  They then charged me on my credit card more than was stated at the desk.  Experience upset me for the rest of the day.  I did hear after this experience from other people that they had bad experiences and found certain members of the staff ignorant and rude. My advice to anyone who is looking for a hairdresser in this area is DONT GO TO RAIN.  I would have thought if a complaint was made from a client then extra effort on the second visit would have been exeptional to make up for their mistakes. Not so for Rain.
