Having attended here on Friday 21st of July I was very disappointed. 
I was there 6 hours due to having to have my highlights re done as there weren't enough done to start with. 
I was burnt on my neck and ear with the hairdryer. Due to having my hair washed 6 times I suffered a bruise on the back of my head from where the sink had dug in with there been no padding on it. 
The worst thing was I found the handling of me very rough, you go to the hairdressers to get pampered not treated like a rag doll. 
Whilst pulling my hair through the cap I encounter a cut on my forehead with the hook. 
One of the other hairdressers put the toner on my head and it hurt and she noticed and made a point to avoid that area. I did at this point tell them the injury was caused whilst the cap was on. 
Having paid £70 I went home wondering what to do. I tried for days to get the remaining hair colour off my head but it would not go without taking the scab off and hurting. 
I rung up to see how I could remove the dye and was asked to attend so they could look. 

I attended and was basically called a liar and that the hook could not have caused this. I explained this did happen Friday and I needed to get rid of the hair dye without disturbing the scab as it looked awful. I was advised to remove the scab and wash my hair. 
No apology, nothing. I am very dissapointed in this service. 
I expected to be treated with respect. I expected an apology. I expected not to be called a liar. 
I am not the sort to demand my money back, but I will not be returning and will be telling people of my experience and advising not to go there.

Such a lovely friendly service, always a very welcoming atmosphere. I have my hair cut here with my boy every two weeks and always been pampered and well looked after with coffee and snacks. Always happy with the cut and service .

I found Ca thy so welcoming. I had colour and streaks which Cathy suggested I couldn't be more happy. 
Cathy did lovely cut too. I was made to feel special and the time and effort she puts in, I highly recommend this salon. 
Now making it my regular!!! Thankyou

I love having my hair done at sopisticutz.  Always feel good about myself after iv been.. love everyone that works here.. ❤ 5* service every time

First rate professional salon, welcoming staff, a must visit experience for all you ladies. You will even get a cup of coffee or tea in a proper china cup & saucer, plus a fancy cake on Saturdays.

My hair as never looked so good.
