Was on bus 36, heading to here from Margate, when our bus driver decided to have a coffee and chat with his wife! Was 3 minutes earlier and by the time he left the side of the road which wasn't even a bus stop, we were 8 minutes late! Unbelievable and totally unprofessional! Not what I'd expect from any bus company ever created!

Visiting the town of Herne Bay is like seeing a live version of "EastEnders" if you know what I mean. Visit nearby Whitstable instead if you want a nicer seaside town to explore for the day.

A far better extensive Bus Service is an absolute must at the door step of this Herne Bay Railway Station, and the vicinity should have Trees particularly blossoming Trees and plenty of large containers filled with sessional Plants to help beautify the vicinity positively framing the mind for everyone, and vital to beautifully present Herne Bay to visitors as they walk out of the Railway Station into natural beauty, this is vital for good tourism which will help benefit the local economy of the area, plus local garden volunteers of all ages will be very helpful which also helps build good communities at the same time. No time like the present.

Lovely seaside town
Clean n tidy station. Good service. Staff help u with smile. Big parking out of station. Good signs for navigating. Ticket office was still open that time which is good thing.
Brilliant service today. Ticket office staff member very helpful, thank goodness it's open on a Sunday you really wouldn't be able to do a photo card early Monday morning. This has definitely reduced my concerns travelling to London all week, even bought my car parking ticket.
