This was my third visit and I cannot fault my stay. The facilities are excellent, the food amazing and the staff helpful and friendly. There was nothing my daughter and I would have changed about this stay or our previous visits. We were on a 3 day Blissful spring break and at £180 per night, we thought it represented excellent value. Breakfast in bed is an added bonus as is lunch and full use of facilities on your departure day. We will be back!

A great spa, lots of different rooms in the thermal spa area. All worth trying and enjoying, service by everyone is with a smile and nothing is too much hassle. We also had dinner which was very fresh and flavoursome. Ingredients are all locally sourced and really makes it extra special. The new infinity pool is fantastic a great place to chill and look out to the countryside.

Excellent relaxing break. Friendly staff.  Brilliant facilities. Have now visited 6 times, every time has felt special.  The new rooftop infinity pool is amazing, with great views and warm water, a lovely place to relax during day and evening.  Completely enjoy the experience and escapism.

Wonderful as always. We stayed just over a week after the new infinity pool was opened. It was very nice - felt a little cold out there, but put that down to the very cold weather. Food was delicious as always. We were fortunate enough to stay on a Sunday so had the opportunity to sample to Sunday roast for lunch - very good. Room felt a little cold, as there is only 1 radiator for quite a large room, but again I put this down to the very cold weather recently. Overall very impressed - just wish people wouldn't go to dinner in their robes 🤦

I and my boyfriend been here for a night. He called to book a room and it cost us £216 each. On the website siad £183 each. The food if you want some things nice you have to pay extra. The treatment was average nothing special and all the things was rushing, rushing to have treatment, rushing to leave the room. The treatment can't cancel and rearrange for the next time. For them your £400 spend here was nothing to them. On their leaflet said about peace and quiet for the guests to maintain the uniquely relaxing ambition but it's alright for them to rushing the guests.
