Disgusting service would never use again. Booked a taxi at 9 pm for my dad (76) at 11.45 pm it finally turned up at 12.15 pm after a conversation with the most argumentative rude and unprofessional person ever who then hung up. I can't believe how rude ur operator was. I will not be using ur service ever again and will letting everyone I know about the horrendous services I have received.

After 2 1/2 hour flight from Spain, phone radio cars they told me where to meet taxi .the taxi driver phoned and said it was easier for him if we walked to departures , after a hour walking round in the rain and with no help from the office he finally drove round to the original meeting point ,and what should of been a 20 minutes drive from the airport took 1 hour 30 minutes .I will never use this taxi firm again and will tell others to do the same .

Dreadful service. Left waiting at Trafford centre an hour and a quarter. Rude operatives. Phone put down on me. We were stranded. Bussed home. Never, ever use them.

Taxi hadn't turned up after 25 mins. Kept being told it was 'on its way' and rude operator just kept hanging up on us. Even when I went to cancel and complain after half an hour they were rude and hung up. We will stick with uber, thanks! Do not bother.
