Sadly before Christmas my dad  passed away,  from the minute we knocked on the door at Radcliffes funeral home we were looked after by them and  came to see us that evening. Helping us with all the arrangements. At such an  heartbreaking and overwhelming time they looked, after us.. On behalf of me and my family we can't thank them enough especially James who looked after us throughout and for taking good care of our dad up until his funeral. We just knew our dad was looked after with care and compassion and they couldn't do enough for us all. Keeping us informed with the funeral.. when we wanted to take things to put in with him at Christmas, or letters to heaven from  the little great grandchildren nothing was ever too much trouble and always at the end of the phone to help. My mum is especially grateful to James for his kindness towards dad and all the family Massive Thankyou for everything love the Cartwright family xx

Just brilliant. Gwen & Andrew organised proceedings for my mother's recent funeral. They had the perfect balance of professionalism, empathy, kindness and support and their advice throughout was very welcome. They ensured that a very difficult day was that little bit easier, even going the extra mile when returning the flowers to me so they wouldn't be damaged. Oh - and there's Benji  Thank you so much.

Sadly both my parents have now passed and both funerals were dealt with by Gwen and her team. On each occasion the organisation and professionalism was outstanding.. Thank you
