I have been a client at Rachael's for over 15 years now and have watched how Rachael has developed her business and her skill set as a businesswoman, entrepreneur and hair care specialist.  Rachael strikes the perfect balance between being professional and sociable and I feel that our friendship has grown over the years.  I put my trust in Rachael with everything to do with my hair; style, colours, aftercare, treatments.  She is extremely knowledgeable and offers genuine advice with her client in mind.  The new salon is extremely well designed, comfortable, lots of drinks choices and always a friendly smile to greet everyone.  I have moved house twice in the time I've been seeing Rachael and I now travel over an hour for my appointments - I wouldn't go anywhere else. Iv had Racheal doing my hair for 20years, she is always friendly chatty and there's always a coffee and biscuit on hand, and if you know there's always a grandad mint. Rachael will always make you feel comfortable and her prices are reasonable she always offers good advice on hair products and nothing is to much trouble for her.

Quite literally the only place I’ve ever been happy to have my hair done! Everyone who works here is so polite and kind, they make sure to listen to what you want and then execute it perfectly. I love the difference in these pictures! Thanks Rachaels

Really friendly staff and gave honest advice about my hair. Great value for money and they make sure that the end result is exactly what you wanted. Definitely will be going back again : Tip: Opening hours are ideal and you will receive texts to remind you of your upcoming appointments. Car park can sometimes be busy, but you can easily park along the street next to hairdressers.

First time experience - Absolutely chuffed! Rachael was so polite and so welcoming.
