It was not the best experience I have ever had in a beauty salon. One is not meant to be judged by the attire they wear but on walking into the salon in jeans and trainers I was greeted with 'looks' and no offer of help until someone arrived at the reception desk. None of the staff were pleasant or inviting and that for a new customer is important and changes the impression of the service provided. For the manner in which I was left feeling as if I was an 'inappropriate customer' I will not be returning again. Such as shame as it is my local salon but I am prepared to travel for a quality service. A smile travels a long way....

Sue and the girls are just fab, always a warm welcome friendly chatter and a great service wouldn't go anywhere else

Great for a girls party. Friendly staff. Kids really enjoyed themselves. Nails, hair and makeup done beautifully. Thankyou.

With more people who dealt with customers could at least looking like they want you there, wouldnt recommend purely for the staff attitudes could at least pretend they want YOUR custom.
