I hadn't used this shop before but urgently needed a spoke replacement and wheel true last minute, they managed to fit me in the same day despite fact they had other jobs going on. Excellent service , reasonably priced and friendly staff, will definitely use again in future !!

Since purchasing my orbea gain in March 21 had nothing but issues with the 105 front derailleur. This turned into an 8 week wait for a new shifter last year after it gave in after too much pressure. Not much joy from the E bike Shop in Farnham, another story. As it was no better this year I decided to take the bike to Racescene in Dodworth. A Wise Decision! Anya has sorted out the problem which turns out to be a cable routing issue fitted I would think originally by Orbea. That is is only half the story and Anya has the photos and video to prove it. Needed battery removal, bottom bracket removal, headset and fork out. Cannot praise this business enough and especially Anya who took the trouble to make sure it was put right and explain exactly what the issue was. Great customer service. Thank you
Fantastic service went for a new saddle and they measured me made sure everything was right and adjusted my bike really friendly I definitely will be back all other bike shops just want to sell you stuff regardless of whether it’s right but here they make sure it’s right
Great bike store, helped get my road bike up and running after I’d neglected it. Also guided me through the process of building a bike from scratch that fit with my budget and requirements, I’ve enjoyed every moment of it. They’re a great team who are not only extremely knowledgeable and experienced but are also friendly and approachable to go with it.
I was recommended to Richard through a friend when I needed to purchase a wahoo Kickr in a limited timescale ready to race on. He was incredibly helpful, provided great contact and sorted out a courier so that it could be delivered asap. I would absolutely recommend Race Scene for your all your cycling needs.
Don’t know about the earlier reviews, but the staff couldn’t be more helpful when I had trouble with a back hydraulic brake. I was asked to drop the bike off and they would have a look at it if they had time. Sure enough the bike was was completed the same day. Recommended
Race Scene helped me to choose the right frame and components, building the bike to my specifications. The Ciocc frames are top quality and you are able to choose the colour you want, so it's a bespoke experience. Richard kept in touch and contacted me throughout whilst the frame was being produced in Italy. All in all, a great service and most importantly, the bike looks amazing.
I collected my new bike from RaceScene yesterday and I love it, it's exactly what I wanted ! Richard helped me a lot throughout the process and I was impressed with his approach as it was clear he wanted to provide something suitable to me and not just make a sale. Recommended !
Racescene sorted out a gravel bike for me at very short notice after I was let down by another shop. It was set up completely and ready to go straight from the shop, the fit was perfect and I did a cycle tour on it starting on the day I bought the bike, which was a great test of the bike. I couldn't be happier and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Racescene.
