First time I’ve ever left a review in my life to make it as clear as possible to avoid at all costs Came in twice over the course of the last month and the owner’s attitude is rotten she genuinely believes you’re beneath her the way she’s treated myself and family members on two separate occasions. Never came across such a rude and obnoxious woman in my life
Our experience in the shop was amazing and they were very friendly and attentive to all our needs. They were amazing with helping us trying to find the perfect outfits and customisation added on. Perfect shop and will be back for future occasions.
Ordered my suit from rabab , really happy stunning suit, I had brilliant service , kept me upto date with my order.. suit arrived in time , had no issues whatsoever. Thank you very much will be back again!
This is a awful business with no morals. She fails to delivery orders in time and I don’t means a few days here or there I mean months later. Then those suits are replicas, knock offs, copies. Then lies saying it’s the original when it’s clearly not. Her attitude is unprofessional and she has no ethics. She is an embarrassment to the Asian community. Do not shop here. Thankfully Glasgow has so many options of good retailers who don’t breach their sale agreements.
Purchased a suit sold as original but turned out to be a replica fake. Did not have all things that should be part of the suit. It was originally paid for in January given to me in April. When I went to speak to her about it she point blank refused to take ownership. She put me on the phone to her supplier and asked me to deal with it. Refused a refund and asked me to hold off a few days so she can speak to her supplier. Don’t have a shop if you can’t abide by consumer laws!
Purchased my Nikkah dress from here and loved it! The staff give good recommendations as to what's in fashion and in style and that helps when you don't know exactly what you want. They also helped pick a shawl which went perfectly with my dress. Also a plus that they let you try on dresses because a lot of boutiques don't. Will be ordering again for family events and my wedding In Sha Allah.

Beautiful clothes but average customer service. Dropped 2 stars as items a bit overpriced and the assistant asked for cash and became rude when I insisted on using card.
I purchased my bridal lehnga from Rababs. I was sooo happy with the way the owner Yasmin helped me choose my outfit and tailored it to my size. Her staff was also very helpful and kind. She kept her word and gave me the dress exactly how I wanted it and on the day she promised. I highly recommend shopping at rababs!!
