It's the People that make a difference. From the moment you walk into Wren, the assistants, the designers, the project manager and the installer ALL make the experience seamless. Wanted to visit for a while and we weren't disappointed. Huge range of kitchens on display plus impressive displays of all styles, colours, worktops and appliances. There were so many staff on hand we thought it was their HQ af first! We were shown around by a well informed, friendly and confident Chao, though he said he'd only been there a month. We'll be back to order once we've digested all the info and offers.

We have recently finished the installation of our Wren "Milano" kitchen and I have to say the service has been first class from start to finish, this relates to the Poole branch, from the original meeting to discuss the design with Kirsty who was lovely  and hopefully still enjoying maternity leave  then later our designer Isabelle. Nothing was too much trouble... upon delivery two doors were damaged, but rapidly replaced without fuss.  And a few weeks in one hinge appeared to be broken affecting a door closing fully, upon calling today a set was dispatched for next day delivery. Very happy customers. As a side note we used our own kitchen fitter, so cannot comment on the installation service. But thank you guys for everything.

Very good experience with Wren Kitchens at Poole.  We found the sales assistant to be very helpful and an excellent choice of designs. The installation went very well without any problems. The fitter worked very hard to ensure that our kitchen was completed in 2 weeks as promised. We now have a very nice bright modern kitchen that is a pleasure to work in.Services:&nbsp;Furniture assembly
