The staff know what you want out of your bike so set you up better than any other shop. When the staff enjoy you being there you no its right.

GET YOUR BIKE TUNNED UP.  I got mike tunned up yesterday and my commute time dropped 3m 41s over 11.8 miles.  We have good local bike shops, but R&M Cycles is the best for me.  The staff appreciates and respects all it's  customers.  It took me 4 visits to buy my bike from them they never pushed me to buy anything, it is in our best interest to support our great local bussinesses like R&M Cycles!

Ordered a Giant Reign over the phone Wednesday lunchtime and it was with me by 9am the next morning, got an awesome deal and they'd even registered it on the Giant website for me, what more could you ask for?
