Over the last nine years I have used Potters for various bits and pieces, including sound systems and TV's. I cannot fault them for their excellent service and above all follow up care. There is an immense difference between a high-street giant where you are just a number and forced to take out extras you never wanted and Potters who will advise, guide and answer every question without baffling you, or leading you down the added extras you never wanted! I have dealt with the owner and the staff, all of whom are welcoming and above all friendly. I would use Potters over any high-street store. Can’t fault them.
