A family business that has been going for nearly 40 years. That says alot. Mark was really helpful today and gave clear explanations. They are well organised and on time. Called me to check i was in. Charged a fair price. Glad i remembered them from years ago. Very helpful people that understood my security worries.

Absolutely brilliant. Phoned for a quote on removing a broken key from a patio door. Was amazed the quote was less than half of other people id tried. So I agreed for the work to be carried out. A knock at the door in under a hour. The job was carried out quickly and professionally by a real nice chap. Thank you for getting me out of a rite pickle. Will recommend to family and friends.

Our ancient Chubb (now Union) mortice lock died suddenly today, leaving us with an open front door. The Parkers rescued us - they listened and reassured me over the phone, waited for me to arrive, even though it was likely to be after closing time. Found a suitable lock that would hide the damage from the old lock. Gave us info how to self install the lock, to save the callout costs. Will never go anywhere else now I've found them.
