This is where I go for key copies or for lock and safe advice.  The staff are friendly, expert, and produce key copies that have worked first time every time I've used them (unlike another HIgh Street service which asks more money for the same service)

First class service. Mike B key a-liked a 5 lever lock for me but when I went to fit it I found I had asked for the incorrect lock size. I returned to their Hinckley shop expecting to buy another lock of the correct size, no problem, they exchanged the one I had purchased directly without charge. Great service!
