They came to my house to look at a problem on Saturday and promised to fix my toilet on Monday. A guy turned up on Monday but said he wasn't given details about the job and couldn't fix it then and there. We booked another appointment 1 week later. This time no one turned up and we no one was answering when we rang them. Several hours later we got a message saying due to unforeseen circumstances they couldn't attend the job but could re-arrange for later in the week. I tried to book another appointment with them but they didn't reply. They are not professional and wouldn't recommend using them.
