Such a professional and efficient service - was having trouble accessing my front door late Sunday night and within an hour and a half of contacting the locksmith I was back in my house and my door was all fixed. Very reasonable price as well considering the urgency of the situation. Would definitely recommend.
Richard did a great job of fixing our front door lock when a key got jammed in it. He was quick, efficient, and friendly, getting the lock working again in twenty minutes. He also communicated well, keeping me updated of his arrival time, and the labour costs for fixing the lock were very reasonable.
I very annoyingly lost a whole bunch of keys including my front door keys at 10.30pm on a Friday night. I would recommend RG Locksmith LTD to anyone needing a locksmith - he asked questions and for photos of the lock, explained what he was going to have to do, provided me a fair price and turned up shortly after. He was super professional and I would definitely use his services again if I needed to.
Brilliant service. I locked myself out of my flat at night and Ricards came over within half an hour and got me back inside. No fuss, not expensive, absolute life saver. Would definitely recommend giving him a call if you are ever in the same situation.
Fantastic service from Ricards! I locked myself out of my flat in the evening and he was there within 10 minutes - I only managed two sips of tea made by a kind neighbour before he arrived. Really nice guy, efficient, great at explaining exactly what he was doing, and easily the cheapest locksmith I've ever used. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. Thank you for your help Ricards!
