I cannot begin to tell you the care, consideration and compassion that we received from the staff at Banks funeral services. We were looked after from the very beginning that we contacted them about looking after our dad and arranging his funeral. My dad could not have had a better funeral, everything was meticulously planned and every one of our wishes were listened too and followed. All the staff went above and beyond to support us and make it as stress free as they could at this a very very difficult time. Our dad was cared for in the chapel/room of rest before the funeral and the room was peaceful and my dad could not have had better care. Thank you all for looking after my dad, my mum and us. Nicola was our named person who looked after us every step of the way. Thank you Nicola and all the staff ( as I started) for your care, compassion and consideration.
