I would highly recommend this fantastic company. After losing my Mum I really didn't know where to start with all the arrangements.I picked up the phone and immediately MLS were absolutely brilliant. Right from the start Sally and her team were professional, friendly and so caring, and as a lot of the other reviews state nothing was too much trouble. All members of the team were always happy to help and they even assisted my family out of hours due to the arrangements being over a public holiday. I really couldn't fault them and felt that my Mum was in safe hands and that they really cared. I would not hesitate to recommend them they couldn't have made such a sad horrible, stressful time more calming and re assured me at all times This took a lot of pressure off me and my family. Sally was always there to offer advice when necessary. The day went so smoothly and they had everything totally under control Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you for taking such good care of my Mum.
May I say a huge and heartfelt thanks to Sally and the team at MLS following the passing of my beloved dad this September 2022. Living abroad added to our complications, however nothing was too much trouble and Sally was available every time I contacted, by phone or email and the whole end to end process was slick, professional and perfection. From initial call, all legal processes, service preperation and appointing of Celebrant huge thanks to Tony Packwood - mostly conducted by email and PDF paperwork - I was led through everything and no stone was left unturned. Having flown over for the service, I could not have wished for a better final journey for my dad. So thanks again Sally, and all MLS - you have a special place in my heart forever. The most wonderful, respectful, caring and professional company with whom, unfortunately, due to the recent passing of my mother, I have had to deal. Nothing was too much trouble. Their guidance was sympathetic but also practical. I know, from relatives, the prices that have been charged for funerals and although there was no expense being spared for my mother’s, this truly caring, family firm did not try to “Sell” me anything other than what we wanted and what they saw as appropriate for ours and my mother wishes. Amazing people, our gratitude will abide.
Looking up a funeral director is something no family want to have to do but after the passing of a close family member we were recommended MLS. Sally and her team were faultless from day one and over saw everything through to the funeral with professionalism, empathy, compassion and friendliness. There was even some humour at the appropriate times. MLS were great at listening to what we wanted as a family and never tried to 'sell' anything to us.They made a very difficult time easier to cope with. Would 100% recommend MLS to anyone

Would highly recommend a very professional company who looked after my partner for the 2 weeks while he was there they went above and beyond nothing was too much trouble they took a lot of pressure off us. They helped us give him the send off he deserved. Thank you Brandon, Ollie and everyone else for everything you did for us
