Large park with many gorgeous flowers. There are also some cute ducks, squirrel and birds. Best place for walking and chilling
A great place to relax on vacation Although the park is not big But it offers a lot more attractions than other British parks Can bring fun and satisfaction to tourists Except for the most famous tower in the middle It also has a small lake Birds often stay in the lake to rest The scenery is very pleasant There are also many very cute squirrels walking around here There is also a Bell that has been used before Introduced the previous history here But relatively The lack of space and the overcrowded parrots seem very cruel to watch... Many parrots are constantly chewing off their feathers because they are trapped here. They have to live in this poorly lit and crowded space I really don’t recommend it... Other than that, overall this park is very comfortable.
Very nice in the sunshine. Loads of flowers in well tended flower beds. Good cafe there also which has recently? been improved with large canopy and new paving.
A great free thing to do in Loughborough! The grounds are well maintained and full of a variety of plants and animals. As well as an the birds it really is a great place to visit
Beautifully designed and well thought garden for families Playground: Nice playground with all you need for kids Restrooms: Paid toilets 20p each use
A lovely green peaceful park in the middle of busy Loughborough. The garden is beautiful. It was planted with lots of beautifully colour coordinated flower beds. A rambling walkway takes you thru the garden to all the places of interest. The map of the garden is on a notice board as you enter the garden. Dogs are allowed. There are lots of benches and lawns to relax on. There is a small cafe serving light meals and teas which has toilets for customers. Otherwise there are public toilets in the grounds which you need to pay to use. We spent a very relaxing hour strolling around this pretty park. Playground: There is a play area for children Restrooms: Public pay to use toilets Dog-friendliness: Dogs are allowed Picnic area: You could picnic on the lawns
Beautiful park, well looked after and a surprising amount to see and do
Great green flag park just out of Loughborough Town centre. Plenty of amenities including a cafe and museum as well as children's play area, band stands and ponds. Lovely dog walking area with pathways that snake around the park. In the centre there is a giant bell tower.
Lovely large park, well kept, sectioned, decorated with fountains, etc. Lots of space for a pic-nic or throwing a frisbee! Great play zone for the kids with sand based area, decent slides, monkey-bars / climbing, and so forth.
Been to Loughborough plenty of times and always driven past. Had a bit of time on a weekend while we were there so decided to have a stroll around. Very surprised by the cleanliness and the size of it. Beautifully prepared grounds, with stunning flowers. Aviary was a pleasant touch too. Cafe and museum both located there too, but didn't visit there so can't comment.
