I was extremely disappointed with the service I received. Upon opening my order, I discovered that the chicken was mixed in with the sauces, which was both unappetizing and unsanitary. I promptly contacted the restaurant to address the issue, but was met with an unhelpful and uncaring response. This level of customer service is unacceptable and needs to be improved
Firstly the delivery was late and the person delivering acted weird. I ordered some items and one of them fish burger had to be replaced with fish and chips. Everything was incredibly greasy, it was dripping heavily, the chips were soft and uncooked, the fish was rubbery and definitely not fresh, the onion rings weren't properly cooked either. Definitely 100% won't ever order from here again.
Used this place a few times on Uber eats u can not fault the food and delivery pizzas burgers kababs are 10 out of 10 brilliant place great delivery also
Sadly I'm not able to give 0 stars but I would honestly recommend everybody to think twice before ordering here. Ordered food at 15:41pm, two Pizzas, Chips and Donner Meat, arrival time you might wonder? 17:25pm, after having to call the restaurant 6 times, with no call from the driver to let us know he was even outside, had to receive that information from the person at the shop! Barely warm and way too greasy. Took the gamble on ordering from here since we've never before, but definitely never will again.
Disgusting service, sent the wrong items on uber eats, I rang to rectify, the woman was rude and said "we don't have it so yeah don't interrupt" lied and said they'd rang me. Don't put blame on the customer it's absolutely terrible service, you have an option on the uber eats monitor to take off items that you don't have, don't lie.
All off the time after the 15 Minutes the order placed I need to wait on the place for an “extra pizza” that I do not ask, they do not charge more money but the time is critical. If they can not have the order ready on the time that show on the website just do not show the time or do not accept orders to take away. I as a good service a few months ago, now I have I’ll it come back. Not the first time that happens…. Or second….
they work with uber eats but don't respect their rules. Pickup arranged outside completely ignored. No contact. You can wait 3 hours and still nothing.
They can’t understand straight forward English they tell u 45minutes and u tell them ask driver to call them they turn up early banging on the door not even taking in that kids are sleeping goddam money hungry ferrites Vegetarian options: Stupid people
The wrong pizza was delivered. Rang up and was told they would send the right pizza within 20 to 30 minutes. After approximately 60 minutes I rang up and was told it was on the way. Half an hr later I called again and they lied and said a pizza was never on the way and that I had agreed to a refund on next order. I argued I wanted a refund and they put the phone down. They have took my money and sent food inedible as its meat and I'm a vegetarian. Very upset as i was a loyal customer even tho in the past they have got it wrong and it was always resolved.
Ordered my food for delivery only for it to be cancelled straight after. This was just past 12am they don't close till 2:30am yet when u rang to ask why they cancelled my order the girl on the phone sounded like she was being forced to speak and to speak quietly and said its because the shop was about to close. Strange that is I've never heard that excuse before
