Worse housing ever, the boss of repairs repeatedly tells lies to cover his own back that he’s forgot to put lines in for then blames the fact that the repair team can never gain access to property and then the receptionist on the repair lines tell you that’s not true a line was never put in, my kitchen ceiling fell in 3 months ago the came out filled it in put cement all over my walls, I’ve had to chase them up time & time again to get it painted for them to come out and tell me they’re only painting my ceiling and not my walls! Now the question I ask is would these housing officers and bosses of repair be happy to live in these conditions most definitely not so why do they think it’s acceptable to let other live in it!
25 x boiler repairs in the first year I was in the property 2021 double charged each time because they come out after 6pm to fix it .. never been fixed…. for 3 years I have NEVER HAD HOT WATER OR HEATING WORKING I need to use the electric showers and electric heaters House got flooded 3 months ago 4 TIMES and they cut water n electricity off they try blame me for the flooding & due to this I have lost all my kitchen goods my flooring and furniture and no repairs have been done at all LORAINE & JENNY housing managers have been no help at all always on holiday when they are there they take no action to help . Always rent paid on time . Go outside and there is rats running about at the front door and the back where the bin bags are left

Worst Housing Ever! Rude staff no manners Terrible communication and lies Clearly upto something as they are not looking after tenants , mouldy houses with corner cutting repairs and dodgy contractors , someone needs to investigate these cowboys!
I’ve had to call this HA about 5 times now because my intercom system isn’t working and neither is my heating. Keep in mind we’re in January and it’s freezing outside. Even trying to wash dishes is hard because my water is ice cold. I’m not surprised by the other reviews I’ve just read because I can relate to most of the reviews written on here. On top of all that when I called again this morning the receptionist/customer service person made me feel like they were rushing to get me off the phone. She also kept reading to me what the last person had taken note of in the system from when I last called and I had to keep explaining those notes were incorrect. I’m fed up and freezing in this flat and I feel like no one truly wants to help or cares.
Was very proud to say I was QCHA tenant but not anymore they don’t care about long term tenants wanting to move for health reasons and the only way is joining the 60s plus wellbeing wish is £117 a month and I think that money should be used elsewhere my doctor and nurse have sent them letters but get no where unless you join the wellbeing group but I won’t as I don’t agree with more council money being spend on this
Has dramatically gone down hill in my experience lately. I have been a tenant for 20 years. Certain staff and management act with impunity often outside their own policies and procedures. When tenants are given incorrect information even to their detriment they will close ranks. This organisation needs to have a long hard look at itself and how it operates.
DISGUSTING treatment from queens cross demanding money for unfit housing WE ARE LEFT TO FREEZE IN FOR THE WINTER probs just as cold outside as it is inside having to live in damp mould invested houses while insisting they do repairs when there reality of the uk is turning into a third world country how dare they make us live like this and trap us with debt and added costs of rent
Continuously ignore issues, turned our lights off due to upstairs neighbour flooding promising they’d be put back on next day but we ended up in darkness for 2 weeks! Have had mould in toilet for weeks due to flooding and despite telling us several times they’d send someone round to sort we have yet to be visited by anyone! Ripped toilet floor up and did not replace when fitting bath, did not extend shower curtain wire like housing officer promised… list goes on
They are not trained to any specific standard, most of them couldn't care less but there are one or two who are well above their stations.I don't know who they think they are, I have seen them threatening their tenants, enter their house with no consent on the contrary they forced their way in causing alarm saying they were entitled. I don't know what kind of entitlement gives them the brass to basically try to kick the door in with three, 6 ft thugs while the tenant cowered behind the door wondering if they were going to being attacked. They will make up any story or excuse not to comply with the rules. I don't know how they get away with it And all you ever get is fobbed off with excuses not good enough by a long shot
