This housing association go out your road to help people with who have had social deprivation, mental health issues and they have such a diversified policy on different people needs that go out and help everyone and my view would strongly recommend this association to any member of the public.
Very helpful nice staff but getting repairs done not very good used to be not now
Our upstairs neighbour flooded us 5 times and make noise in the middle of the night/morning every single night and we try to get some help from our housing officers Sally Armstrong few times but she is not willing to do anything to help us about it, it's a luck for us even get a hold of her.
Only answer. Refer to your title deeds. Rubbish factor's.
Terrible at dealing with repairs 3 years I'm still waiting for bathroom fixed.
