The park its self is beautiful, it was extremely busy. The playground is only good for under 8s it didn't hold the attention of my 10+12 year old for longer than 5 minutes as theres not alot for them to do. There is a cafe and tennis courts. Parking in the park was free too
Amazing. Big park with a larger playground for kids and teens with swings and many other stuff.
Clean walk, so much so the litter picker was out and about cleaning the grounds. Paths are well looked after too, which means I can keep clean and dry even though my dog doesn't.
Really nice park with a range of walking areas, grass/flowers, tennis/playing areas, and surrounding trees and walking bridges. Would highly recommend, have been a few times and always look forward to going again
This is the best park in Bolton because there is some cleaning contrary to the small parks. Huge space which is family friendly during day I would not advise to be there after sunset - like in every park unfortunatelywhen there is no animals off leash and young thugs.
Well looked after park close to the town centre, perfect for a picnic and nice walk. There is a good sized play area for the kids, a big pond to feed the ducks and plenty of benches to sit. One of my favourite places to go and relax.
Very nice 3 hours free parking, walking, cycling, children playing amusement, planty of picnic and sitting benches, small water lake and washrooms is big plus. I wish it had not mentioned "no return" with the parking.
Lovely well kept park, great playground, nice open green spaces, and considering its so close to the town center there is a bit of wildlife, squirrels, ducks and geese, and I have also seen a heron as some of my pictures show
Lovely park, use it as a shortcut to town, fresh air and no car noise.
Amazing place for a walk, run around the different pathways, ponds to take the youngsters to feed the ducks, outdoor gym area located on the opposite side as well as a beautiful flower Garden.
