Nice place with an ok food. I have been here a few times to get eggs benedict with salmon. Food was delicious, but i think quality of the food is not very high. People are friendly in general, and location is great with several cool coffee shops nearby. When this place is crowded, service gets really slow, fyi.
A very classic diner/cafe feel and dishes in this local spot. Great spot for breakfast or brunch—and there is even a little bar in the back. We had the classic eggs breakfast, waffle, pancakes, and one of their omelettes—all were great. Friendly staff and fast service, and now open on Mondays too!

Best Omlette I have ever had here and I have had alot of omlettes lol. It's consistently delicious every time I order the "South of the Border". The chorizo with mild green chiles, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, sour cream and green onions is a fantastic combination. Even though I can make something similar myself, theirs is better. Highly recommend this omlette! It's sooooo good. I like Queen Anne Cafe because the food is not too greasy and travels well for delivery apps.
Took the staff very long to get the order, hash browns were undercooked, sourdough bread tasted like white bread. Overall low quality food. Espresso machine broken. Would not recommend, especially if you are vegetarian
Bad service, bad food. I confirmed my order twice but still got the wrong order after a long wait. Not to say how underwhelming the food was - 5 min frozen burgers are better than what they serve.
Great breakfast, brunch, lunch spot in the heart of Queen Anne. Very friendly, welcoming service. Erin has a smile that says welcome. She's fast, friendly, helpful, and efficient. I truly appreciated her making a fresh pot of coffee they serve Cafe Umbria at 11am when I arrived. She keeps your cup full and checks back often, even though she's the only server working the entire cafe! Good, fresh menu selections. I had the Veggie Omelet loaded with veggies and avocado, would've liked more cheese inside to hold everything together and give it a creamier texture, otherwise very good and very filling. Your choice of toast several to choose from and hashbrowns ask for browned, turned out nice and crisp or fresh fruit. It also arrived with a slice of orange and a slice of pineapple sorry, ate those b4 I remembered to snap the photo. They even have my favorite preserves. If you're in the mood for lunch instead of breakfast, their lunch selections are good as well. Will return to try lunch. Very comfortable booths and dining area, great music, very bright I scored a window seat- great for people, dog watching. Street parking. UPDATE: 1st time in since I posted this review and I have to say it was great! Consistently great guest service and good food- large portions. Fortunately had the same server again, Erin just as friendly, helpful, spot on, thanks Erin!
Great service. Great diner food, everything cooked to perfection. Fun menu with nice portions. Fair prices. Plenty of free parking and clean bathrooms.
The best Huevos! Friendly staff, fast service. One of my favorite breakfast spots in Seattle.
This was the best and freshest breakfast I've had in a very long time! The fruit was so sweet and fresh, the waffle was freshly made, the muffin wad perfectly crisp, and the omlete was more than filling and just enough of every topping! We're coming back during our stay in Seattle and recommend it to anyone who is a breakfast junkie like me! I'm excited to try their other dishes! Thanks again! Oh and even the coffee was yummy!
