I am incredibly proud to say I work for bluebird care. I love working for this company because they really are amazing. The job itself is very rewarding and I love being able to help and support people and that’s what bluebird care is all about. The management and office team are all so lovely and supportive they are always there on the end of the phone for help and guidance. I have worked for Bluebird for nearly 6 months, after a slow start and coming from a fast pace care company previously I can’t recommend Bluebird enough, the support from staff both in the office and colleagues are excellent, all working as a team. I started with Bluebird about 3/4 months ago, and not only has it built my confidence but it’s made such a positive impact on my life. The office staff are absolutely phenomenal and I couldn’t fault them, very supportive and friendly. I would definitely recommend Bluebird!

Bluebird carers visit my 93 year old mother who lives alone. One morning recently a Bluebird carer was present at my mother's house when my mother experienced a serious choke whilst eating. This is an alarming experience for both sufferer and carer. The carer made the decision to call for paramedics and then remained with the patient until the paramedics had arrived and satisfied themselves that the incident was over. My mother and I are both grateful for the decisive, thoughtful and caring attention given by the Bluebird carer at that moment of crisis.
The care provided exceeds our expectations. Communication through the app is really good. Management is forward-thinking and flexible Nothing seems to be too much trouble. Mum loves the care she is getting
Thank you bluebird care and especially Donna Jones for helping build my knowledge and giving me the tools I need to be the best carer I Can be. Genuinly caring come's natural, with our qualifications we can aim to make a difference. Thank you! X
